Weight starting to creep back down after the weekend splurge. I wanted to be at 231.5 today, and am at 233 instead. Still hoping to have that first 10 lbs off by next Tuesday (4 weeks) or Thursday (calendar month).
233.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 07 June 2011:
1673 kcal Fat: 76.09g | Prot: 46.55g | Carb: 213.48g.   Breakfast: mousse temptations jello, diet coke, blue diamond whole almonds natural. Lunch: strawberry lemonade, broccoli, cucumber, cheddar cheese shredded, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, lima beans, lettuce, Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Dinner: Diet Coke (Can), Honey Nut Cherrios Cups. Snacks/Other: Cupcake with Icing or Filling (Not Chocolate). more...

Drink LOTS of water after that sodium filled lunch! It will also help stave off the hunger that I usually get after a good sized meal starts to digest.

I do need to drink more water - definitely addicted to the diet coke - lol!
