Slow loss now - need to step it up if I'm going to reach my goal next week! Good news is the last of the cupcakes was eaten this morning, they won't be around any more to temp me!
232.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Funny because I had the last of the tortilla chips today and my wife said she wouldn't buy the kind I love anymore :) That and deli turkey seem to be a major source of sodium in my diet. I've read if we cut to 1500mg of sodium a day we'll experience some additional weight loss.

I haven't watched the sodium count that much, just the calorie count. I don't know if I can get down to 1500, but maybe I'll first aim for below 2000.
