Down a bit

I wish! This inflammation goes up when I don’t take Lasix. So every other day is up and down. Hoping in time the IF will work. Thanks for your support!

Thanks all! @NAVYWIFESKI I had multiple autoimmune including SLE Lupus. It’s in remission! I still have thyroid autoimmune, but the enforcement is cutting my hydrocortisone in half. That should help with weight/inflammation too. Have gorgeous day!

Thank you! I hope I can get answers. Glad yours is in remission. It seems like each day is different. I am thinking flexeril to get by til appointment instead of tylenol and aleve. Trying to stay basic but my Naturopath doesn’t even like tylenol.

Thank you for your support! I hope you get answers too. I changed my diet and exercise and 3 years later I’m in remission. I still take 4 muscle relaxers a day-Robaxin. Daily muscle spasms, but my back is pretty much gone. I’m doing collagen aka Knox unflavored gelatin. 2 tsp a day seems to have helped all my joints and eased my pain a bit. I have to see if I can buy it in bulk. I’m with your naturopath. I’ve gotten off infusions, 2 Lupus meds, one stomach med( ginger tea is awesome! I make it myself). I’m going from 30 mg hydrocortisone ( steroids) to 15 mg daily. So far no side effects. My fibrocystic breast disease has eased so I can have coffee again. I hope they find answers for you. I have a load of symptoms and no diagnosis. Life.
