Ok, Let's try this again, I am going to try and really focus this time on getting this weight off. I have a major goal of being 140, but a couple of small goals along the way as well...

1. I'd like to lose 15 pounds by my birthday whis is 1 month and 19 days away
2. I'd like to firm up the muscles in my tummy and thighs
3. I'd like to lose 25 lbs by the end of the summer.
and overall get to my goal weight by Christmas of this year.

I was gifted a couple of very nice pieces of exercise equipment recently, So I basically own a full gym now. Between Eliptical, treadmill, bike, and Health Rider. I also have Kettlebells and free weights. So basically I have no excuse as to why I can't use them and tone up.

I am beginning today of charting everything again.

191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
