I did some shopping and tried on some jeans. For the first time in a long time I was able to get into Misses sizes instead of Women's (+) sizes. The inches are decreasing, but the lbs are staying steady. I guess it is better than the lbs increasing.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
