I need to get back on track. We have been sooo busy the last several months I have not had time to keep track for food and workout. Hopefully I can get back on track this week. At least I have not gained back everything I have lost. I must be doing something right.

Not sure where the inches are going. I bought 2 pair of jeans and a pair of shorts last weekend that were not plus size. I have not been in Misses is sizes for a long time. My tops and blouses are getting big and sloppy too. Maybe it is the overactive thyroid. The dr. said it could cause me to loose weight. I guess what ever it takes.

Weigh-in: 178.2 lb

lost so far: 1.8 lb

still to go: 28.2 lb

I did some shopping and tried on some jeans. For the first time in a long time I was able to get into Misses sizes instead of Women's (+) sizes. The inches are decreasing, but the lbs are staying steady. I guess it is better than the lbs increasing.

Did not get any workout's in this week. This weekend we have the granddaughter and a wedding and reception/dance to attend. That will make up for the exercise I did not do.
