Weigh in after a few months off diet, eating poorly with minimal excersise, a noticable weight gain.

Back to full training this week, full calorie/fat/sugar controlled diet aiming for as much unprocessed food as possible.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
