Good Morning, Once again scale gnomes were sleeping in. 3 lb loss, we are down to the wire with only 10 pounds to go. Would like an additional 4-5 pounds to account for clothes weight at doctors office Target date : 20 October
260.0 lb Lost so far: 103.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
