OH BOY!!! Started light weight training on Thursday... the tops of my thighs are KILLING ME!!! I still walked 1.5 miles yesterday... but moving around today is a bit tougher. i think today's excercise will be in the swimming pool. Man these muscles are tight!

Good for you! You will get stronger and leaner and change the composition of your body. Just remember that our muscles retain water to help them heal and can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small loss. Keep track of your measurements. You can get smaller but not see the scale move a lot. It may also move more, you never know because we are all different, lol.
