Did not get any workout's in this week. This weekend we have the granddaughter and a wedding and reception/dance to attend. That will make up for the exercise I did not do.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
