Need to get back on track. Had back to back busy weeks with poor tracking. However, I only gained .4 lbs in those two weeks. I feel like the habits I'm developing are really starting to stick. Bought some new pants for work in a smaller size last weekend!! They're still a little snug, but hopefully it will help keep losing so they will be a little more comfortable.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
