I feel you! I am trying to figure out why, right here before the biggest eating holidays I have embarked on this journey. I'm doing great right now, but look out Turkey day. I'm hoping we can muster some serious support during the Holiday Feasts

Deb, cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and almond meal breads/stuffing might help. Xanthan gum instead of flour or corn starch in sauces/gravies... just some ideas.
