Just going to set this right here for a moment 10% weight loss 3 times (not 30% yet), 27.5% body mass gone Or in simple terms - 100 pounds…. Only 13 ro go
263.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
