Guess alot of the weight was just water & whatever else comprises 6 lbs of disappearing weight. Oy!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW, jesus. I want to lose 6 lbs overnight! It's all that muscle you have Panther, it won't let you keep on weight!!!. Can't wait to see the results from your recommitment to strict Spike Dieting :)
