trying to stay encouraged with the weight staying the same over the last 3 weeks.... sure, it hasn't gone up, but with all i'm doing to be healthier... it hasn't gone down either. i am more active than i have ever been, and i'm taking in significantly less than i am burning. ugh!! i will keep in mind that plateaus happen, and that pms happens, too. fingers crossed for next week!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just keep maintaining until the time comes for you to start losing again. Stay focused, keep doing what you're doing and things will change. Make sure you are eating enough and drinking water and the scale will move again. I was in the same position and this past week I dropped 6lbs.

Maybe you're not eating enough. Strangely enough, that DOES happen sometimes, too. Try mixing up low-cal days with higher cal days. That should shake things up a bit.

Weight watchers says that we have to eat all of ouor allotted calories - are you following the WW program? And you got off to a good start based on your chart - maybe go back and check to see what's different now from then? Good luck!

Girl keep your chin up!! You body is most likely building muscle tone, due to all the activity. When you start seeing that scale go down you will be amazed. Make sure you keep your calories up so your body wont think its in starvation mode. You are on the right path!!

im hearing ya loud n clear!!!! having the same prob at the moment, i keep analyzing what im doing wrong! my weekends havent been perfect and im putting it down to that, but really they arent THAT bad. we just have to keep plugging away and hope things start moving in the right direction again soon, its bloody frustrating in the meantime tho aye? good luck.
