I call this gain... peanut butter.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, Tom! Hey, Petra! LOL. I burned so many calories yesterday doing yard work and walking Jack and then ate them all. Oh well. Back at it.

Same here! Had Reese’s Extreme at our local custard place last night!:) Flavor of the “day” so of course I had to go! Lol Two pounds worth. 😞 New day, new week!🌈💪

It’s just so gooood. I’ve been making a peanut butter based Thai dipping sauce a lot lately; addictive.

Oh no… that’s what I’m having today,a peanut butter and jelly sandwich heavy on the peanut butter with extra crunch. Ahhhh! Yet, 😋😋😋😋 Feel so bad for Wifey as she is not allowed.😞 I must say, it is more than likely well worth it.👍😋😋😋 It’s an easy fix!

I dislike the fact that peanut butter has so many calories per tablespoon. I could eat half a jar a day. It makes a such a great and easy accessible stress treat for me, add chocolate and I’m done. Hugs & ❤️.
