Six miles into my bike ride yesterday I picked up a hitchhiker. A 4-inch sheetrock screw went through the tread of my rear tire and came out the sidewall. So I ended up walking the bike back home in 95-degree heat. I stopped about halfway and bought a liter of water at a gas station. So no lifting yesterday.
