Weight crept back up some this week. Combination of being in Abilene 3 1/2 days, eating wasn't like I would at home. Hotel life is hard to make wise choices sometimes. Especially when you have your family with you. Boys wanted pizza one night, didn't get back to hotel with it til 9:30. Didn't eat but one piece, but still normally I eat no later than 7:30.
I was unable to really workout while gone either. Did get in a workout Thursday and Friday, but nothing this weekend. Spent all weekend cleaning, laundry, the usual.
In-laws coming today. Husband and FIL are attending a Beef Cattle Short Course this week at TAMU. Heading to town this morning to set up booths and buy groceries. They should be here around lunch or a little after.
Plans are for a better week this week and to get back in the 150s once again AND STAY THERE....well for a little while, 149.9 by Sept 13th!!!!
