Weight doesn't matter. I weigh in now because of habit but I want to remind everyone that weight is not a measure of success or failure. I am not just saying that. I have proof. I track inches and cm along with weight. Over time I have noticed something quite interesting. As I get smaller, I have started to gain more. weight.

PLEASE DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED IF THE SCALE GOES UP. DO NOT LET IT HALT YOUR PROGRESS. KEEP PUSHING. KEEP MOVING. STICK TO YOUR PLAN. AWESOME THINGS ARE HAPPENING AND YOU ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB!!!!!!!!!

Here is my proof in the numbers:

I went from an American size 8 to an American Size 2

Could not agree more, yet it helps the morale to see the weight drop, but the greatest joy comes from dropping dress size

There were a thousand times I wished that someone told me this. Putting in hard work only to see those numbers go up can make you feel a little helpless. If you are sticking to your plan and putting in the time there is no need to worry. These things happen at such a slow rate that were not sure if anything is happening at all. But it is. Keep going!!!

That is great - it means you are building tons of muscle! I weigh as much as I did months ago but I also went down a dress size due to weightlifting and exercise!

NIce! Yes, I am putting on a lot of muscle. Muscle is a great thing to have and as a woman you have to try pretty darn hard to even look muscular. Never be afraid of muscle ladies!!

This is a lifestyle. Mental clarity and acceptance of your strength and weaknesses will help you push harder. Everyone is doing a great thing just simply by trying to better their health and lives. Looking at the positive of everything makes it all that much easier to attain our goals :)
