Did a little traveling, weight loss a little slow.
A few things making this weight loss interesting.
Lost 5x pant sizes and 1x shirt. Clothes cost money
Blood pressure is awesome 108/76. I feel some dr’s adjustments on meds again in Octobers annual visit.
Adjustments take about 3x months of 1x per month visits. Geesh

Went on bike ride. 8.5 miles, average speed 10.1 mph. 50:37 min. Pulse reached THR over 20 min
282.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
