I did cardiox before work, man was I sweating.It is such an intense fast paced workout that really gets your heartbeat up. very pleased to see 143 this morning so soon after my cheat but I got on that scale twice so I'll take it. I have learned though my blood sugars spikes after a cheat and looks like a gain when it really isn't so I try not to stress or log a cheat weight unless it sticks the entire week I have to work 5 hours this morning but wish the waterpark was open. really sounds nice. And relax on the lazy river alittle whille.

I had a nice workout before work as well. I decided to do insanity plyo instead of kenpo x which does not get the blood moving like insanity does. It was a nice change. I think I am going to keep subbing it. Happy weekend. I saw that loss..WHOOT WHOOT

have tried the plyo in the classic version just once to see how it was and it kicked my butt, have never tried insanity though. I like kenpo but yay sometimes my heart rate doesn't stay up there. great job working out on a saturday!!!

thanks...yeah that plyo was frigin amazing. I loved it. I was sweating like I stole something. Honestly, I love the working out part...I just can't get my food together most of the time...which is why I stay right where I am.

I guess I am just hoping that the more muscle I build will help with burning some of those extra calories I intake.
