meat is not the problem- it is what or how I cook the meat. This is what I've discovered whille on my vegetarian diet this week. It's the cheses and white rice and processed meals. But my carbs are way high without the meat and my fat is down. so confused-lol. But my rice and pasta and bread has all been 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread. trying to lower husbands tricylerides. My fiber was at 30grams so that's a good thing. If I got out all the wheat carbs, I know I would be straving all day. so which is better, low fat, low carb, not sure. My calories were decent.
No exercise this morning. Son had a sleepover and whille I know my kids can sleep through the noise,no door, I wasn't sure about his friend.
