Yesterday was a busy day that involved a lot of travel. I was able to work out and stay well within my calorie range. However, I did not drink enoug water and as a result, I am sitting here with a headache from dehydration...because of this headache I was not able to workout this morning...I have on my workout clothes and hope to jump on the treadmill for at least 1 hour sometime later today...

Yesterday's workout
60 minutes in the treadmill.
150 crunches
75 leg raises on each side

Measurements
Body Fat% - 26.7
Body Muscle% - 41.1
Body Water% - 55.4
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.

I didnt enter a journal entry for yesterday so here is what I would have written.

The day before yestrerday was great. I was able to put in 100 minutes on the treadmill and burn 1000 calories!!! My goal was to try shed some of this water weight, since I had been feeling a little bloated.

Workout from the day before:
Treadmill 60 min at 3.5 speed at 10 incline
Treadmill 40 min at 3.0 speed at 10 incline
3 sets of 15 with 50 lbs weights upper arms using machine
3 sets of 15 reps with 10 pound free weights upper arm
150 crunches
75 leg raises

Measurements
Body Fat% - 26.7
Body Muscle% - 40.7
Body Water% - 55.4
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know these scales are not totally accurate but your water is wy way higher than mine, mine is 44%. Maybe your headache is just one of those things? Your body saying have a rest and chill out ? Its my brothers wedding on Sat, so watch my weight go back to 154 or if im really unlucky 156. I cant really go to his wedding and watch my weight on such an important day! lol. What to wear is the other question, only Friday free to go shopping and im starting to panic. xx

An easy way to shed water weight is distilled water and lemon juice.
