I am at the end of my monthly thing. I had gained 2 pounds right before I started, but lost it plus a pound now. I even ate at iron chef a few days ago.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
