Another 1.4 lbs gone! Very happy.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2370 kcal Fat: 89.71g | Prot: 150.07g | Carb: 255.48g.   Breakfast: Light Style Soft Wheat Bread, Milk (Nonfat), Egg, american cheese, Thin & Crispy Turkey Bacon, Bananas (Large). Lunch: Light Style 7 Grain Bread, jif omega 3 peanut butter, welch's grape jelly, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli. Dinner: chicken breast, provolone, tomato, lettuce, avacado, whole wheat bread, french fries. Snacks/Other: Organics Oats & Flax Instant Oatmeal, strawberries, 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla, Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts, apple. more...
