Well almost to my original goal, although I'm certain I will bounce back to 147 or 148 in a day or two. It always seems the way. Anyway, I think I'll set a new goal, but not sure what yet. More important to work on toning I think and just let the pounds fall where they may.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
