The upkeep is o.k., Doing good. Hurt my knee and rib so the knee is better rib still hurts so not going to do any of my exercises yet just need it to heel.
128.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
