Well I told myself I wouldn't weigh in more often than every Friday, but when I woke up today I just felt a bit lighter. So I took the plunge and I am pretty happy I did!

I did very well with my eating yesterday. Everything I ate must have been really healthy because it took a lot of work to eat all my points! I still have 30 flex points available for the week (I reset on Monday) so I will probably end up using them tomorrow after church. Hopefully we go to Olive Garden because I remember a few things there had some decent points values. If not, I can always get a salad somewhere!

Last night was "Yoga Under the Stars" at my gym...but it was 7pm in Minneapolis so the sun was still up and blazing! We did yoga out on the pool deck. It was SO FUN. The temp was perfect and there was a light breeze. I couldn't do some of the balance moves because the breeze would push me over! But it was a really neat experience. This morning's yoga class will be indoors, like usual.

5 days of eating healthy has really made a difference in the way I feel. :)
162.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just wanted to say thanks for the Devil's Food Muffin recipe! I can't wait to make it for the family. Your yoga class sounds like a lot of fun. That's something that I'd like to check out one day.
