Today is my day off from the gym so to celebrate hitting my 200lb mark I'm taking myself shopping lol that's probably the only downside to losing so much weight...none of my clothes fit me :/
I'm going to a graduation party this afternoon that is serving pizza...looks like I'll be packing a special K bar in my purse. Going out for sushi tonight!!
I came home from the gym last night and not only was my mom baking a cake but there were two packages of cookies on the counter. I resisted the cake, which everyone else is now eating for breakfast, but I did have some cookies and milk last night lol gotta treat yourself!! :)
200.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job. Your husband is a lucky man. My wife did the same for me when I was deployed to Iraq. We are now working out together and having a great time doing it. We ran a half marathon last week and it was a big goal for us. Most people don't think it is good to work out with your spouse but we are loving it and it has brought us closer together. Goodvluck to you and your husband.

I love working out with my husband he is such a big motivation for me. Thank you for your service! :) That is everything I eat in one day and I'll be the first to admit that I don't always eat enough but I eat when I'm hungry, I drink plenty of water, and I also take a fat burner (Oxy Elite Pro) with a multivitamin. Hitting the gym 6 days a week has been the biggest help though.
