I hope all are enjoying the holiday weekend, but I also hope they remember those who made it possible by making the ultimate sacrifice.
OORAH!!
In diet news...started drinking almond milk this morning. It's such a great alternative to cow's milk. I couldn't even taste a difference in my cereal. I haven't tried the vanilla flavor yet but I hear it's delicious. I don't plan on using it for cooking though. I'll stick to 1% for that.

Time to get back at this. I've got till October to lose these last 28lbs but it would be amazing to have it done early!! I've started taking classes at my gym to alternate with my normal workout routine. It helps to shock my body and keep me from plateauing. That gym definitely has the most intense Zumba class I've ever taken. The Hip-Hop Striptease class is awesome too but it's more upper body and core strengthening than cardio. I've also found the elliptical to be of good use lately. Even though the treadmill burns more calories I feel like I get more out of the elliptical. Just need to add more veggies to my diet and stop eating so much sugar and these last pounds should be no problem!!

Ok sorry for the neglect everyone :)
Between my husband being in port and able to talk to us, and my current sinus infection, this hasn't been my top priority lol
But I'm back at it and was finally able to shock my body with a zumba class to get me past the plateau of 200lbs. I hit my goal for the month of May and will hopefully reach my ultimate goal by the time I see my husband in October!!
