Did better this last week. Need to drink more water and watch the snacks especially in the evening. Been trying to drink water or tea instead. Work in Progress.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. I also struggle with evening snacking, a work in progress for many years. I will try the tea idea too. Judy

If you crave sweet juices at night or for supper, try an ice cold tea or those mio sports. Theyre really good and most of the time, they stop the feeling of 'need' for sugar cravings! :)
