Gained weight at the most unhealthy way possible...... Dr. Wanted me to gain at. after physical exam. Lowest weight was 105 lb BMI 16.4. Now at 125lb, BMI 19.6. Trying to lose again.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
