Weight is up this morning but instead of being upset about it (OK I'm not happy about it) I've decided to be logical about it. One: I had dinner really late last night. Two: no BM since Saturday (TMI sorry). Three: (another TMI) should be TOM here sometime (thought it was going to be a week ago). And there, logically my weight it up. LOL.

BUT I do need to start exercising. Been saying this a lot lately. At least I went grocery shopping last night and did a little house work so I didn't just sit on my butt.

Plus side? I made mashed cauliflower last night and did a FANTASTIC job. I finally cooked it enough to mash properly.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Honey that tends to happen when we weigh daily. Many things, including BMs and TOM will cause variations in your weight.

You sound like you have a good attitude and it helps when you know what is going on with your body and the reasons for the scale fluctation. You know weight fluctuates despite any reason known to man - it just likes to play with your head - lol. If you can lick this weight issue now while you are young, life will be so much easier for you but I know you've heard that before!

Thank you! I try to be optimistic. Weight was up more today but I decided not to record (mostly because I forgot the exact number). I figure it'll work itself back down here in a day or two. :)

Hi Karen...I saw that on you tube you can burn almost 800 calories rocking out witn a bass guitar ....and if you do it on a stationary bike even more...who knows might even cure your other ailments too...ROCK ON BABY....or maybe ROCK "OUT"....HeeHee
