I had 2 days recently where I managed to only have 1000 calories in each of those days 🥳

I've turned it around this month, the first half my average amount of calories per day was higher than 3000 calories but by the end now it's gotten to 2400 and I ended up eating under my calorie limit in 16 of the 31 days.

I'm in a good place now and next I'm aiming to lower my portions. I find it easy to fast, to not eat or drink anything but I struggle when I DO eat so I wanna get a balance of still eating but having smaller portions, that's something I've always struggled with.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
