Looking at giving the weight-loss a good go this time around as I am going on holiday in December.Will be tough but I will be giving it my all and will record food and progress daily. Diet will predominately be aimed at Keto.
345.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 153.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
