Saluna's Journal, 04 August 2014

I just found out I'm pregnant, which is exciting! I need to make sure I eat better and don't gain to much this time around because I did with my first. I plan to leave my goals in place because after I have this baby they will be the same. I'm hoping to aim for a 25-30lb gain this time instead of the 50+ gain I had last time. I'm going to try to make healthier choices. Even though I'm taking a break from my weight loss, I will still be trying to eat healthy!
154.3 lb Lost so far: 45.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

oh congrats!! a friend of mine - shes 5'3 I believe - stuck to 2200-2400 calories and gained about 30 and after baby she only had about 10 to lose. good luck!

Congrats,I miss having a baby around. Even at 65 I would love to have another one to raise.

That's about how many calories I had a day last time. I needed to lose like 50-60lb after I had my daughter. I'm thinking keeping close to 1800-2000 would be best because anything over 1500 and I start gaining. And right now I'm also just not very hungry and don't want to fill those calories with junk just to reach them.
