I've gone down 6 lbs over the last week, so I'm not surprised the scale hasn't changed today. I might even up my calories, I don't want to lose weight too fast and too up again.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
