So once again I had a not so great weekend eating wise. On Saturday we went to a dinner party and the dinner we had certainly wasn't very diet friendly, but I enjoyed every single bite. It was delicious and I didn't care what the scale read this morning while I was eating it. Then Sunday we went to a cookout for my Papa's birthday. I ate my favorite hot sausage.
The scale is still showing a pretty good loss which leaves me kind of confused. The past coupe of weeks I haven't been as good with my diet on the weekends and yet I still show losses. My only explanation is that it must be from weaning Joey about a month ago. I think I must have been holding on to some weight while nursing and now it is finally going.
I'm very happy to still be seeing a loss despite my poor weekend eating habits, but I'm not foolish enough to believe I will keep losing if I continue to eat this way on the weekends. I know I really need to start staying more focused on the weekends and get more exercise in, so I continue to see results. I don't think these easy losses will last forever.
