Ehhh after hitting the 1 year anniversary for my fiance's birthday (March) and his death... (April) I did not do well. Lots of triggering moments along with Dad being in the hospital and travel for work... it's been ridiculous.
I am getting back on the horse and today I'm pretty proud of my daily goals I've hit already. I did my Beachbody workout for 30 minutes and I walked at the beach park afterward. Pretty good start considering I've only been walking. I gained about 8 pounds in 2.5 months so that is pretty bad but I'm going to be gentle with myself because my excuses which are just excuses did have some pretty heavy mental health issues included. All I can do is own that I ate fast food to self soothe. Time to work through these self sabotaging habits that need to be replaced with better more healthier habits for self-soothing.

That's a lot of heaviness to carry! Glad to hear you are giving yourself grace. Check out cognitive behavioral therapy. I did a self-guided program when I was in recovery for BED, and it really helped me move in the right direction. Sending good mojo your way.
