Have been on vacation, was pretty good, probably a lot of water weight in here. Came back sick so have not gone to the gym this week. Start water aerobics on Saturday
164.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
