OMG, such a happy surprise!!!!! I’ve been so anxious to see the 160’s again.
169.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@allegra you’re so thoughtful to ask - I think I’m on the mend! Today was a much better day. Breathing easily, stomach pain and headache have subsided, walking around doing chores not pushing myself too hard.

Congratulations - on seeing 160 pounds - "Score" and glad to hear that you mobile - they keep stating that it is "not" like the flu --- and they are correct - ensure that you eat healthy foods since it takes up to 6 months to form an immunity to that strain - meaning that you can become re-infected. Eat your spinach to get some zinc and copper balance 1 to 1 in order for your cells to uptake the zinc....the zinc stops the multiplication of the virus even if the virus docks and fuses on your cells - with zinc in the cell - the multiplication of the virus is stopped. Time to eat well and recoup and build your immune system. Get lots of rest.

It is easy - as easy as eating dinner - eat spinach cooked with a bit of vinegar - eat the "pith" of citrus fruits (that white stuff on the skin of oranges) and you are already ahead of the game since you are a member of FS and are already knowledgeable about healthier eating and cleaner foods. Emma scores again!
