This morning was a snacking pot luck affair at the senior center. I took deviled eggs and rolled up ham with cream cheese and dill pickle. I took 2 big trays and all of it was gone in a flash. I was very careful choosing what to eat.

I've been working SO hard at packing. Today I went thru all of my drawers and closet, keeping about half, bagging the other half for donation. I had just finished when my nephew came to get some plants. I also gave him lots of canned goods. That cleared out more space on the shelves.

While my nephew was loading his car, my auctioneers appeared, wanting to bring some out of state Amish folks to look at the house...in 10 minutes! I quickly scrambled to pick up the house a little, turn all the lights on, and put the pretty quilt on my bed! Even though I hadn't planned on showing my property, I was happy to. The more people interested, the better the auction should go. The auctioneers were shocked at how much I had already packed and cleared out. The house looks bigger every day. Packing is great exercise. I fall in bed each night, exhausted.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Packing is excellent exercise. So long as you stay out of fast food joints (grocery stores have delis for sandwiches/subs, and -- better -- premade salads to grab & go), you won't undo all your diet progress.
