I’m trying not to be frustrated that the scale is up. My cycle is just ending so there could still be weight retention from that. I’ve been staying within my limit and eager to be in the 160’s so this feels like a big setback but maybe in a few more days it’ll be better. I hope. 2 months until our big trip.
172.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
