What??? How did I lose a pound? I even zeroed out my scale and reweighed because I thought it was wrong, and I feel horribly bloated today. I'll take it, but I have a feeling all the junk that I had been eating the last couple of weeks will catch up to me eventually. The human body is confusing! :)

I worked out last night, ate okay, but not much else new. I'm going to try to get a good workout in this evening and hopefully get out to the garden for a bit. Tomorrow I'm going to take my daughter for some back to school shopping, so we'll see how that goes. We're both bargain hunters, so hopefully we won't break the bank. :) There will be an auction at a house across the street and there is no room to park on our street so that could be interesting. I'm hoping my daughter and I can get out before everyone shows up. I'll probably take her out for a quick breakfast either before or during our shopping trip just so we can get out early.

I'm sleepy today, so hopefully I can stay busy and make it through work with energy left over to do a workout when I get home. I'm just happy it's Friday!!! Have a great day and a great weekend!

I sure didn't want to find it, but I am definitely surprised by the loss because of the lack of work I've been doing lately. But I'll take it! :)

Have been following you and noted our weight not changing (i.e. 138); well, now yours has and due to the exercise. Got to get on an exercise plan and stick with it. Difficult, having hubby home all day but that's no excuse as I joined local gym over a year ago! Get up and go "Got up and went" but now am determined to catch up with ya! Happy for you!!! Happy shopping!

Great job on the loss! I think I found the pound, it came to my house. I would laugh if I wasn't feeling so crappy about the up.
