I'm off to a better start today. I woke up on time, made my breakfast, had my lunch ready to go, and got to work on time and I know I work my normal schedule today. Someone brought donuts in again this morning too, but I didn't take one and I don't want one. :)

After work yesterday I went for my run and got almost 3 miles in and felt so much better just getting that done. There's nothing like putting some miles behind me to make me feel like I've accomplished something. Tonight I won't go for a run, but I'll make sure to get a workout in. My legs are sore from my workouts this week, that means I've been slacking the last couple of weeks, so I need to build back up again. :)

Yesterday my hubby wanted to make S'mores because he built a new fire pit for us, so I ate crap all day and then had S'mores, but only had 1. I'm going to try to do better today, like I said I've started off better than yesterday, so I just need to keep it that way.

Ooooo the office donuts. It's a good thing I don't like donuts because someone is always bringing in a dozen or two. My nemesis this week has been this strawberry lemonade pie with graham cracker crust. I just wanted to taste it, but I knew a sliver would end up as two to three large slices. Great job on those 3 miles. You are awesome!

Who could say no to a s'more? Glad you're having a good day, we're almost through this crazy week! I started getting stomach cramps 1.5 miles into my run this morning, just goes to show it's been too long since I've ran.... but walking is so much easier lol. I need to work back up to where I was I guess. Have a wonderful day Mary :)
