Nothing really much to say except it's a hard day today. Writing it does not soothe the hunger or weakness. Just need to make it thru the day.
321.9 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Smilesong! Don't just make it thru the day ,you make the day. Do something you like to do , you can't be miserable on your eating plan that is putting you up for failure. Eat something you want ,just do it in moderation . You will make it!!!

Geez Guys...thank you for the support. You are right Sandy, went for a walk, stopped in Rock center to look at the tourist pass by and did some deep breathing exercises.

CCerza....that is so nice of you to check in with me. Yesterday was like a complete about face. I was zinging with energy and no hunger. I walked all the way to grand central instead of taking a cab and wasn't even out of breath....all I thought was wow...whose body is this! no pain..no joint issues...no foot pain...no breathing problems...it felt strange but good. Today is middle of the road. some shakes. but going to munch on string cheese to help that. This is just so hard.

I know what you mean about the energy level fluctuations. I have them too and wish I could capture them and pull them out when needed. It is hard, very hard but so worth it. I want to get to the point that it becomes my way of life. Some things have changed for me but I have to concentrate daily to eat properly. I have a problem making myself exercise. If I am not playing tennis then I don't do anything. That is a big issue for me. Hope tomorrow is better. I am exhausted today but plan to get a good night's sleep tonight.
