After hitting a plateau and then Easter yummies, I've finally dropped to a new low. 0.4 lb isn't much in the grand scheme but it sure feels good to see 200 vs 201.
200.7 lb Lost so far: 64.3 lb.    Still to go: 51.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
