My eating was bad this week. Also with company, work, etc I made it to the gym less than normal. The two months that are hard for me just to maintain are July and December. There is still time left this month to make this July different. Making plans to go to Mexico for Christmas. I'd love to be down to 140 but would be happy with 145. It's doable and my new goal.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Now the Stampede is over (I'm glad I didn't go this year, last time it was a real killer, way too much beer!!!) and we still have 2 weeks before july ends, so I wish you good luck with your new goal, You Can Do It!!
