So my diet took a hit this weekend, but I'm very happy to see I still had a loss. Jesse and I went out for dinner and drinks on Saturday, and I was reminded that I am getting old because a few drinks really hit me. I was sick most of the night and all day yesterday. I still feel a little out of it today. While hungover, I just snacked on lots of junk food. I also didn't get much exercise in this week. The loss is very surprising.
