Starting to feel like some of the good habits are starting to stick! Now to learn to eat slower and be more consistent about exercise.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

837 kcal Fat: 30.02g | Prot: 38.42g | Carb: 107.74g.   Breakfast: Butter, pillsbury biscuit, coffee, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: celery, baby carrots, V8 100% Vegetable Juice. Dinner: couscous, Cooked Lentils (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Beets (from Fresh), shrimp, newmans own balsamic dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: sweet crisps, sweet potato chips. more...
